Forwards Moves
Forwards have 2 main parts of their game where prearranged moves can work well; at scrums and at lineouts. None of these moves should be attempted without having a strong grasp of the basics first as lineouts and scrums can be dangerous if not done correctly. Developing good technique as a team first will be far safer and more beneficial than attempting complex moves before the team is up to a high standard.
