Prop
Props are among the strongest players on the field, providing the platform at the scrum and directing the force of the scrum. In open play they may not be the most mobile players however they should be very effective a clearing rucks and securing the ball. Even though players usually specialize in either the Tighthead or Loosehead position, they should have a good understanding of the other position as at scrum time that is who their opposition is. The props and the hooker should work well as a front row collective as only together they will be able to beat the opposition.
